David Barbour is a South Florida native, who is well-versed with South Florida Real Estate market like the back of his hand. David is known for his ability to effectively work with buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.

David has experience in the construction industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, he is extremely passionate about South Florida real estate and is a young extremely motivated Real Estate broker building a real estate empire through strong relationships with his clients.

In his spare time, David enjoys boating along the beautiful waters of Florida and saltwater fishing. Currently, he serves as a board member of the Hundred Club of Broward County. David also welcomed his new baby girl to his family on March 26, 2016.

Scott Gooding was born outside of St Louis, Missouri along with his four siblings. He was raised in southern Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University. He moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1980 to pursue a law enforcement career. Scott received his Master’s degree along the way from St. Thomas University in 1986. After 32 years with the Pompano Beach Police Department and the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, Scott retired as a District Chief commanding the four Broward County Courthouses. He then had the pleasure to work at JM Family Enterprises Inc. in Deerfield Beach as a Corporate Security Manager until 2014.

Scott has been an owner of residential rental property in Broward County for over 33 years. Scott also was a State Of Florida Licensed Mortgage Broker from 1998 until 2010. This combined experience gives Scott a unique perspective as a real estate professional. His passion for helping people is long established in the county. He has served and continues to serve on the Board of Directors of several non-profit pet charities including Abandoned Pet Rescue and Canine Assisted Therapy in Oakland Park, Florida. Scott loves his community and cares deeply for his family, friends, and neighbors.
